Itās been 3 months since I started taking Bryan Johnsonās āLongevity Mixā, a critical component of his Blueprint stack.
The quick answer: itās working well.
Time for a a review.
A primer on what this supplement blend consists of:
The Longevity Mix is Blueprintās attempt to simplify the extreme supplement stack Bryan Johnson takes as part of his protocol. Instead of swallowing 20+ pills a day, this product delivers many of the same ingredients in one blood-orange-flavored scoop.
The powdered mix is designed to support sleep, stress reduction, cellular energy, muscle recovery, and overall health span.
Itās vegan, keto-friendly, and sweetened with monk fruit.
Each pouch is $46 for a 30-day supplyāwhich may be a slight premium if you created it yourself, but it takes out the guesswork in precision measuring.
āš§¬ Whatās Actually Inside?
Hereās the ingredient breakdown and why the Blueprint team have included it:
Creatine Monohydrate ā Muscle performance, brain energy
KSM-66 Ashwagandha ā Adaptogen for stress and cortisol regulation
Glycine ā Sleep and cellular repair
L-Theanine ā Calm focus and reduced anxiety
Ca-AKG (Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate) ā Mitochondrial function and longevity potential
L-Glutathione (Reduced) ā Master antioxidant
Taurine ā Heart and brain support
L-Lysine ā Collagen formation and immune health
Vitamin C ā Antioxidant and immune booster
Magnesium Citrate ā Nervous system regulation
Sodium Hyaluronate & Glucosamine Sulfate ā Joint and skin support
Onto the review, and letās start with the positives:
Convenience is king. For anyone who's juggling multiple pill bottles and supplement, having it all in one scoop is genuinely helpful. I found this to be really simple and easy to incorporate into my morning routine, in the latter part of my morning when I would normally re-fill the coffee cup.
Solid ingredient choices. Most of whatās in the mix has clinical backing for performance, recovery, and long-term cellular health.
And most importantly - how do I feel?
The biggest difference was in energy and focus.
I have eliminated a cup of coffee from my day and substituted it with the Longevity Mix.
It is mild though, so if you are looking for a ādouble-espressoā-type boost, this isnāt it.
Right in the gut - Some mornings, particularly on an empty stomach, I noticed some rumblings right in my gut. Not a bloating feeling. Just an unsettling feeling. If you are new to any of the ingredients in the mix, begin with a ½ dose and pair it with a small meal.
Flavor. Itās not great. Is it supposed to taste great? Probably not, but buyer beware you might not love the taste.
Nutritional components. This isnāt necessarily a red flag, but with any supplements, you simply have to do your research and start slow.
Also, you might find that the dosage for particular ingredient needs additional supplementation, for example, 2500mg of creatine is lower than the recommended dose from many health experts. For me, Iāve had to supplement with additional creatine and collagen, so it is not a 1-scoop solution by itself.
To wrap it up - Iām a fan.
Iām continuing to take it, and while it doesnāt take the place of my entire diet/supplement needs, it checks a lot of boxes and its convenient for me in my busy day.

P.S. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. READ REVIEWS. START SLOW.

Loyal, a San Francisco-based biotech company, has reached a significant milestone by enrolling 1,000 dogs in its STAY study, the largest clinical trial in veterinary history.
This trial evaluates LOY-002, a daily beef-flavored pill aimed at extending the healthy lifespan of senior dogs by improving metabolic health.
The study, which began in late 2023, includes dogs aged 10 and older, weighing at least 14 pounds, across 70 veterinary clinics nationwide .
The FDA has acknowledged a "reasonable expectation of effectiveness" for LOY-002, paving the way for potential conditional approval by late 2025 . Loyal plans to expand enrollment to 1,300 dogs, further advancing its mission to enhance canine longevity.ā
